anxiety bowel irritable syndrome

Do you know that your anxiety levels can have an adverse impact on your ability to move your bowels? Being anxious can result in irritable bowel syndrome. You need to be relaxed when you move your bowels. If you are hurried for time or worried about a certain thing, then you are likely to experience pain in passing motion.

This is especially the case for children. So if your child is complaining of pain and being unable to pass his stools out, it may be a sign that he is anxious.
